Once you’ve completed our onboarding process, you have direct access to the facilities of your choice. Our shifts occur in various behavioral healthcare settings, from skilled nursing facilities to assisted living communities to hospitals and group homes. With no shift minimums, you can work 8 hours one week and 40 hours the next.

We register licensed Counselors, Therapists, Social Workers, Dedicated Support Professionals, and more who can reliably deliver safe, quality care to patients in various behavioral healthcare settings, such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, long-term care facilities, group homes, and hospitals.

While we register behavioral healthcare professionals nationwide, we currently do not offer employment in every state—but we’re working hard to change that. We’re consistently growing our national footprint and taking on new partner facilities daily.

Focused Staffing Group is a healthcare referral agency, so you must have an active state license when applicable. We also require Dedicated Support Professionals to have a minimum of six months of experience to apply.

The onboarding process involves:
-Passing a skills quiz.
-Completing contractor-related agreements.
-Provide credentials based on the requirements set forth by your state of residence or the facilities themselves.

Credentials typically include:
-An annual physical exam.
-TB test results.
-A background check.
-A COVID vaccination card (or medical/religious exemption).

Our pay period runs Monday through Sunday, with scheduled paydays every Friday. We deposit your pay directly into your bank account with ZERO transaction fees.

The engagements’ length varies based on the client company’s needs or internal requirements. Focused Behavioral Staffing Group offers summer engagements, and our clients often request the same professionals day after day, month after month, year after year.
